Sam Milliken, an educator, started a teachers’ workshop center in 1973. The center was so well designed that he received requests to use the space for events. He then launched a successful catering business, Mansions Catering, becoming exclusive caterer at The Explorers Club. Sam acquired Manhattan Penthouse in 1992, ultimately one of his proudest achievements.
Brian Pancir was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He apprenticed with Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and was Sous Chef at Jean-Georges for four years. Brian has been a private chef for dozens of celebrities, consulted for Trader Joe's and Golden Corral, acted as Culinary Director of Manhattan Star Academy, and voted Best Chef by Dan's Paper. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to travel worldwide fishing.
After graduating college in Budapest with a major in Hotel & Catering Management, Monika Nemeth organized conventions at Compexpo. She then worked at The Hungarian Pavilion 92 World EXPO in Sevilla, Spain. Monika immigrated to the United States in 1994 and was employed at The Downtown Athletic Club as Catering Director. Her friendly spirit, professionalism, and graciousness cements our company's virtues.
Keiara Robinson has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and a Master's Degree in Marketing. She has over 20 years experience in catering and event planning; interacting with celebrities, business executives, diplomats, brides, and grooms. Keiara has worked in sales and marketing for various hotels and venues including Sofitel and Washington Plaza.
